ATTENDANCE POLICIES

• 24-hour cancellation policy: if a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours, it is considered forfeit.

• If the teacher needs to reschedule, he will provide 24-hours notice or arrange for a substitute to teach.

• If the student is late, the lesson will end at its scheduled time.

• If the teacher is late, the lesson will be taught for full length of time.

• If in the event the instructor is more than 30 minutes late, the lesson will be rescheduled and a free 30-minute lesson will be given.

ILLNESS POLICY

Because of the small teaching space, it is very easy for illness to be passed to one another. If the student is ill, please contact the teacher as soon as possible. A makeup lesson is not guaranteed, but if there is an opening later the week, it will be offered to the student. If the student is ill at the start of a lesson, the student will be sent home without the possibility of a makeup.
